Face it Beauty

I went to Face It expecting excellent treatments as it has been voted Environ salon of the year 6 times. I had a 1 hour massage, the room was too cold for me to be comfortable and next to a very busy noisy main road. The couch did not have head hole so it was not possible for the therapist to work effectively on my neck, which was my primary area of concern for my treatment. The massage therapist was good but working in poor conditions which I do not feel allowed her to work to her full potential. When taken to another room on the roadside for my facial I asked if there was a room at the back of the building to have my facial as the relentless noise of trafic really did negate any benifit of the massage for me.I was given a good facial by the therapist but she intoduced a muscle lifting treatment which was not Environ during the treatment and with these probes accidentally slipped and poked me in the eye ! I do not feel the products used during the treatment were expalin fully enough and aftercare products were recommended which Environ have since confirmed were too strong for my skin. Overall very dissapointing and a pretty scruffy salon.
