This shop is fine……when it’s open! Since May right up to today, I have arrived at the shop 7 times now (and counting) to find it is shut during the times advertised on social media and Google says it should be open. I mentioned this to one of the people working there recently asking them to at least update their opening times on the web. Apparently, the owners have been made aware of this issue but after many months, still have not updated the times. I have tried to call the shop before leaving to see if they are open and the line is constantly engaged with a full vm inbox. I have left messages on social media which remain unread. I was told that the shop is open from 11 - 6 daily. I have been coming between 1- 3pm only to find the shutters are down. It’s annoying. Even more so that I have a course which I’ve paid for. Does the owner actually care?

Popped in to salon as was recommended as I had a break out on my skin. The receptionist recommended a pro 60 facial with Lindsey, I had never had a facial before. It was an amazing experience and she gave me great home care advice along with some testers to try. Will defo be re-booking soon xx
