Francesco Group Weeping Cross

Terrible experience at the new Bodmin ave salon. Have been going there for years - every 5 to 6 weeks and paying almost £50 per visit cut and finish but the place is going downhill since the refit in Feb 2011. Appalling customer service..arrived in the middle of staff in-fighting, was seated and asked if I wanted a coffee, which I did but it never arrived. My stylist then washed and started to cut my hair but disapperaed for 20 mins to see to another customer. Would have walked out if my hair had n't been half cut. The place felt chaotic and unfriendly. When I left the receptionist was very off hand. I will not be going back. Any recommendations on more approachable salons ?
