Francis John

Sent enquiry about an appointment. The message was read but ignored. I went elsewhere and although I have used Francis John in the past I won't be returning. When a customer contacts a business it is common courtesy to respond.

i was recommended to francis john by a family memeber. my hair was in a bad condition and i wished to get my hair cut rather short, the hairdresser whom i payed more than average to see(JIM) explained to me well about the damamge i had done to my hair making me feel rather embarrased. as i was looking for a modern short hair cut i thought i had explained myself pretty well which included showing him a picture of a simillar hair style. after jim chopping away at my hair i felt rather uneasy with the style but i decided to watit untill finished. when my hair was blow dryed after my cut and colour i needed to leave the shop asap as i was unhappy with the style although the colour was lovely. i left francis johns with a boys hair cut. when i returned home my partner couldnt beleive id payed £110 for a horrid hair cut i could have got done at the barbers.
