Full Hundred

Have been going to full hundred salon for over 10 years and I find the owner and staff very warm and caring they do my hair well I am always happy with them and I wish they stay in business for ever It's one of the best black business going bless them

Never will I return to this salon, I only went in for hair straightening, the owner told her mother to do my hair, which she burnt in the front middle and back, and when you complaint they tell you your rubbish and jealous of them.

It is the second time i went to this hairdresser and never will i go there or recommend anyone to go there.the 1st time i went there they put me under a hair dryer it was so hot that i become disorientated, sweating and confused.I shouldn't have gone back but the 2nd time i decided that i would have my hair steamed, only when i got home half of my scalp was so burned, it was unbelieveable.BE WARNED,DANGEROUS!

TERRIBLE

Didnt go to the Turnpike Lane Branch, went to the Goodmayes one. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. the WORST service EVER. Went into the shop to do a full head weave: 1. The hairdresser flat out said no when i asked to do my hair, without giving an explanation despite the shop being empty 2. When she finally agreed to start doing my hair, she cornrowed my hair WITHOUT extensions and argued when i ask for extensions 3. She sewed in the weave WAY too tight (which has led to my hair breaking) and was left with a constant headache for a week 4. Cut my fringe so crookedly you'd have thought it was done by a three year old. No in fact im sure a three year old could do a better job. I had to correct it myself when i got home. 5. Didn't even try to style the hair, just left it with a blunt, uneven, cut I would never go back to such an unprofessional, rude and damn-right ignorant place again and what upset me the most it that at the time I needed my hair done it was an emergency as i had a busy schedule but this experience just wasted my time and money that could have been spent elsewhere.
