I have had my hair cut here twice and made three appointments. While the cut and customer treatment whilst in the salon was great, 2 out of the 3 original appointments I made were cancelled with limited notice, no flexibility to rearrange to my needs, with little apology. An improvement in customer service and appointment keeping then it would be a salon to recommend.
