Gentlemen’s barbershop & hair salon

The barber I got was surely inexperienced or learning. The fade wasn’t blended in and it felt like my head was an experiment. I called in the next day if they could fix it and they pretended they suddenly didn’t know how to communicate. I had to go to another barbershop to fix their mess. It was my first time and would NEVER return.

I don't know what it is about this place but I always look forward to going here. Started going about 3-4 years ago for basic haircuts. (Not even really sure how comprehensive their services are because I usually just get the same fade & trim). But have seen people getting a wide range of services, particularly for beard grooming & custom hair styles. Every time I've gone I've been 100% satisfied with the cuts & the service, among 6 or 7 different stylists. Every single one of these guys is a truly professional, likeable, & gentle caballero. In a total of 40-50 trips here, the longest I've had to wait is 5 mins-- there is always a full staff working. Usually go afternoons, but went in last night around 6:00 & was greeted right away by Eli. As always, very happy w/ the cut. Place smells great too. The one negative is that their parking really stresses me out at times. Otherwise, (since Utopia closed) this is the only establishment in Norwalk to which I look forward to going.

Called and Made an appointment for 4pm. Showed up on time. Sat for 10 minutes then was told my barber wasn't in. Wasn't offered a haircut from another barber let a lone an apology. Wont be back again. O
