Gonee Beauty Salon

have had an awfull experiance with this woman after going to Gonee salon for a little while all my eyelashes fell out in 1 week I tried to make an appointment to have them reapplied but Gonee didnt want to see me assuming i may not want to pay again perhaps, after i called again to say i was happy to pay i went to the appointment paid another £45 total being £90 in 2 weeks for half set of eyelash extensions... and they came out again within 1 week. Gonee was rude to me just ranted on the phone that i should go somwhere else because i had a complaint..I explained I am not complaining just telling her they have all fell out,however .she would'nt let me speak to reason the situation and continued to put the phone down saying i am busy goodbye. I was appalled and quite upset not over the lashes extensions but for being made to feel like i was not worth being listened to or looked after .This was not what I expected al all.it is not fair and very wrong that she can get away with this I wondr how many more women have suffered ?
