Gymbox at Westfield

I am a former fitness instructor/trainer, and joined gymbox as a member. for motivation, it has great atmosphere. the spinning classes weren't that great, but the boxing classes did look good, and some of the other classes were excellent. my main complaint is about trying to leave the gym. not only do they charge you another month 'for anything you want to change' as they put it, they give you the runaround and inaccurate information. this costs you in the end in that you must pay for the month(s) additional membership whilst they get their processes together. some people on urban path were charged for many months after they cancelled. gym is great, beware the shady business practices they employ. other advice i have seen is never give them your bank details. they seem to have a dedicated group of staff who are there to outbound call to hound you for more money - its not really about fitness, its like a pressure sales force.
