H:Room

The first time I visited H Room I had a Mani/Pedi. The Pedi was alright...ot much to comment on. The mani however, was a different story. I chose to have a french mani done as I love the look of it. The therapist who did it started by rubbing the base coat on the cuticles instead of the oil...oops. Instead of laughing it off with me...she pretended she didn't do it. I am not stupid. In the end, she knocked 2 of my wet nails and tried to just brush over them to fix them and they looked terrible. It all came off after 2 days, and I am not really hard on my nails. I only went back because I was given a gift certificate. I booked an 11:00 appointment for a pedi. I stood outside for 20 minutes in the rain and no one showed up. I walked home and left a message for someone to call. I got a call 10 minutes later telling me that all the therapists got stuck behind a tractor and they were there now, so I could come in. 2 or 3 hours after the treatment I noticed a hair on one of the nails and when I touched it the polish peeled off! It peeled off of all my nails...I will not visit HRoom again.
