I've been a loyal Hand & Stone client since 2015 and have visited many locations over the years—but the Norwalk, CT location stands out as truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the services and the product offerings. I’m always impressed by how well they understand the membership and points system—and more importantly, how clearly they explain it. I often find myself learning something new just by overhearing how they speak with other guests. What really sets this location apart is the genuine care and expertise of the team. Many is an absolute master of facials—I walk out feeling like I have a brand new face every time. He's also wonderfully kind and always attentive to my skin allergies, tailoring each treatment to suit my needs. Christine gives the best prenatal massages I've ever had—gentle, grounding, and exactly what I needed during pregnancy. At some Hand & Stone locations, you can feel like just another appointment—but not here. Here, you're treated like a valued guest every time and other branches should take note. Highly recommend!

If you have a gift certificate, I recommend USING IT ENTIRELY ON THE FIRST SESSION with extras. The first session is cheaper, and if you want to use the extra amount for the second session, they charge you full price and you have to pay out of your own pocket. I'm a simple house cleaner who went to that massage because it was a gift, but I don't have the money to go and make the registrations. Also, the extra $70 I have can't be used for extras like a facial massage or other treatments. Why don't they clarify that from the beginning? They're really not clear. I feel really disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place. The massages were sub par except for one guy whose name I won’t mention who could use some interpersonal skills. The staff is polite but not well trained. They take way too long to respond. I lost three credits because I was not told I needed to used them by a certain date. I called a month too late and the customer service was very poor. It was too difficult to cancel the membership. The app is buggy and goes not work. Much better places in the area. Do not recommend. Truly disappointing experience. I came to you to destress and it was never a relaxing experience always stressful and never worth the time money or effort.
