Happy Days Thai Spa

Best massage i've ever had! Lisa handowns gives the best thai massage. They squeezed me in last minute and took care of all my areas of pain! Walking out so refreshed! I will be back whenever I'm in London again

I was very excited to get the full Happy Days experience, but sadly, once it came to the pummeling service provided—it was just not worth the money, nor the simple waste of my time overall. I could not feel a thing when I was being massaged, for it was as if a phantom itself had set to work upon my flesh, its incorporeal fingers akin to the wind blowing across my bare bottom—which, needless to say—was not the invigorating spectacle of muscular kneading that I had been promised on my arrival. Most disappointing and I shall not be returning again even should I be threatened with being exiled to the colonies again! TL:DR Ghosts was cool, massage was bad, don't believe the hype 2/5

Amazing experience the staff are friendly and professional they make you feel very welcomed! The atmosphere is calm with relaxing music! The rooms were comfortable and clean. I felt fixed and really invigorated after my massage!

I rarely feel compelled to review but would hate other to have a fun weekend spoiled. Really poor experience. I booked 2 one hour Thai massages for two people on a Friday to start at 11.45 am as a special treat for my partner as part of plans throughout the day. 30 minutes after getting changed and sitting in a freezing cold space in our undies the massage started. Mine was below average from an individual with a little experience, my partner had a horrid time, left with bruises on her body after being subject to brutalization from an individual with apparently no training. We have both lived in Thailand for extended periods so have a good knowledge of this type of massage. I contacted the firm on the same day about our experience, 6 days later I was still outstanding a reply so I approached the firm directly over the phone for a partial refund, was then shouted down over as I tried to explain our experience. Suspect there might be skilled people working there from the other reviews but not in a Friday! MY favorite part was asking them to make it right with another massage from a better period for my partner to which the business owner said " I don't want clients like you who have an opinion..."
