I went to Harvey shortly after a hip replacement. He was always very patient, kind and attentive, with a genuine concern for my overall well-being (mind, body and soul). After only 6 sessions my mobility, scar tissue and pain definitely improved. After every session he emailed me with some great exercises, including mindfulness walking, which I'm still doing.
