I visited this salon to have my hair re-styled and highlighted. I specifically asked the stylist to lighten my hair (as I have quite thick hair that was all once length) and she recommended that I should have layers. She didn't do what I asked and cut really short layers at the top, which made my hair look like a mullet. I was not impressed with this at all. As for the highlights, they were a different story... I asked for honey blonde and she did my hair bleach blonde. After telling her I wasn't happy about it, she started giving me attitude saying I asked for that colour when I specifically said no bleach as my hair is very dark. She then put a tint over it to darken it, but that didn't help at all and it still looked awful. She blow dryed my hair and it still looked a mess. I had to quickly put my hair up and re-do it when I got home. This cost £162 altogether!!! What a joke, I was better off going to Toni and Guy! I would NEVER go this salon again, I have found the perfect salon where I live now and they listen to me and do my hair how I want it.
