The sign said models required, so I stupidly thought okay she/he would still be qualified what's the worse that could happen... Well I had my head twisted and turned in ways I didn't think were normal and my hair was cut in a sort of freestyle - a mixture of finger pulling and the use of an oversized comb which almost ended up in my eye twice. And I would have liked some small talk, even about the weather but, it didn't happen. I think I was supposed to read the magazine that was one step away from a porn mag. I had to return the following day to get the the tufts and uneven parts of my new haircut corrected. I got my hair cut this time by another hairdresser, by the rays of her enraged glare and sharp tongue. I was asked, do you work rather than what I did for a living, rather rude... The last time my hair was hacked in such a fashion I had it all shaved off to repair the damage, I'm considering the same..

Awful! Brought my son and asked to just shorten the hair and keep the form. Result: completely ruined his haircut! Never again!

Awful salon. Very pretentious unqualified staff. Secured an appointment where you call them and they do a deal on the appointments that have not been filled or cancelled for that day. I wanted a cut to trim the back and sides. The guy implemented an aweful cut! So bad I had to return again a few days later to rectify the problem by a senior stylist! I will never go back again and where possible I will post reviews about this salon as customers should not be paying for over priced haircuts just because of their "name" of their salon by unqualified unprofessional "stylists" IT'S DISGUSTING! YOU WOULDN'T BUY A FAULTY PRODUCT FROM ARGOS? SO WHY ARE SALONS ALLOWED TO WRECK PEOPLE'S HAIR??? What happens if the mistakes cannot be rectified????
