This was really spectacular. I’m an actor, use my body to do my work and the therapist here was incredible at showing, teaching, explaining both what he was doing, but the why. I’m on the road to recovery after feeling discomfort for far too long. So Glad I Did This!

I went to David as I noticed my posture was getting worse. He has a very holistic approach, taking all aspects of your health and lifestyle into consideration. David explains everything in clearly and I genuinely feel like I learn something new every time. After around 6 sessions or so my posture has massively improved - my shoulders are back, my head isn’t as far forward, my feet feel more grounded. I can even breathe better! I saw a friend I hadn’t seen for ages and she complimented me on my posture - which was crazy to me as that would never have happened before! On top of all that, being more upright has made me feel more confident. Thank you David
