The treatment I had was I-Lipo and it worked exactly as it said it would. But what sets Health Spectrum apart is the staff. Friendly, courteous, helpful and personable. All of which counts for a lot when you're doing this type of thing.One of the things that I found really helpful was the dietary advice. The fact that it wasn't about massive changes in your diet but subtle changes that can go a long way to helping in weight reduction and fat burning in conjunction with the I-Lipo. It was the information about what to eat and when and the accumulation of these little changes can make a big difference.I would have no problem in reccommending Health Spectrum (and I-Lipo) to anyone looking for help in weight loss and dietary advice.
