I had a very disappointing experience at Hitesh Unisex Salon. I ended up waiting for almost an hour and a half. What made it worse was that people who arrived after me were being taken ahead, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of organization and consideration for their customers' time is unacceptable. I expected much better service from a place like this. I won't be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at Hitesh Salon today. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The service was excellent, and I got a perfect haircut. The Indian music playing in the background added to the atmosphere—I almost felt like I was in an Indian city! Hitesh, the owner, personally cut my hair, and he’s a wonderful guy. Highly recommended!

I feel my barber in hurry. He just pushing my head very hardly. This is unfriendly and unprofessional. Give a time to every single customer. Need air fresheners for sure. If want good hair cutting please don’t go. They need a time for there chit chat. Customer can wait but there chit chat can’t.
