I like to feel pampered when I go for a haircut, but this was not the case here. The salon was filthy, with bits of hair everwhere I looked (including in the bottom of my teacup) and my stylist was unprofessional and rough, shoving my head around and pulling my hair. She cut off more than I wanted and instead of doing a proper blow-dry she just used straighteners - something I do every day myself! Finally, when I got to the till it cost me £5 more than I expected because they'd ignored my request for a graduate stylist and given me a stylist instead. Avoid.
