Good lord, this place is terrible....... I got a deal with 1hr massage and a 30mns facial and the overall experience was not good. If they were hoping for repeat custom, then they've got it all wrong.It starts with the place itself: the downstairs area where the treatments take place are in dire need of a revamp and modernization. But what was REALLY disgusting were the towels and the pillow where I had to lean and put my clean hair- it was stained!And so was the headband that they use for EVERYONE'S facials, they don't wash it, it was full of stains. I was livid... but I didn't dare to say anything. Silly me for not doing so.The Lithuanian girl who did my massage and facial was the least motivated person I've encountered in years of spa treatments: she did not stop talking and worse- asking me all sorts of questions including if I own a house or rent and what job I do- how rude!! She talked during the whole massage, so much for a relaxing experience!After she asked me so many questions, she then moaned about her job and that she wanted to leave as she didn't like working for someone else as the money was not good. I mean, do I come for a relaxing experience or to hear an employee's grievance? As much as I felt sorry for the girl, I couldn't help thinking: unhappy staff = rubbish treatment. And that's what I got!The facial was just a joke: she applied some cream and left for 20mns and then voila.....done!Don't bother with that place, there is nothing to it.
