I had a terrible experience with the owner. She was extremely impolite, rude and aggressive over the phone. I bought a voucher on Groupon, she refused to offer the service I paid for, unless I would pay the £40 on top of what I already paid for the voucher. She also stated that this additional charge was specified in the terms and condition, whilst it was not. I think that a similar person should not work in public.

I had a wash, cut and style from a young korean guy. Really friendly and took lots of time to understand what style I wanted and checked to make sure a few times. Had a nice and relaxed atmosphere with good prices. Very happy with my cut hairstyle and will go back.

I love getting my hair cut at Holistic Works. I have it cut, styled and coloured and dyed. Also I have had the nano keratin treatment done. My hair has never felt so soft and looked so healthy. I have also recently had the ultra sound facial treatment done here and it has made my skin firmer and lifted my face as well as taken away my eye bags. I look younger and a lot fresher. I would recommend the hair and beauty treatments here to anyone who wants not only amazing service but even better results!
