This Peoria, IL wellness center is just what your spirit has been craving! We had a 30-minute sound bath yesterday with Debbie. We started with guided meditation that led to the soundbath. It was so relaxing. We needed to force ourselves to meditate and take time away from the busy worlds' needs to clear our heads.

I had such a wonderful experience. I haven’t really had a massage done and was a bit uncomfortable wondering how I’d fill the silence, but Janessa immediately made me feel at ease and the massage was amazing. I left feeling a million percent better. I’ll definitely go back soon.

90 minutes of calm and relaxation is exactly what everyone needs and deserves. This was my first massage with hot stones and it will NOT be the last! Janessa worked tirelessly on my aching neck, shoulder and back muscles and I felt immediate relief. Janessa is amazing!
