Had heard if hypoxi earlier thus year as it was in the news the Cheryl Cole uses it. Thought I would try it. The citypoint club was the nearest available hypoxi studio. The staff are lovely which is good as without them there's not really a lot to keep you entertained as the exercise itself is quite low impact. It did feel funny at first exercising in the machine on the gym floor but you soon get used to it.Finding time for twelve sessions, three times a week was quite tough but luckily they were quite flexible and open fairly late during the week. The hardest thing about the treatment was only being able to eat proteins for four hours after the session but the trainers were helpful in recomending foods available around town.The end result was really good I mostly went to improve my cellulite which has definately happened! My clothes also feel much looser which is great!
