Please avoid this place at all costs. I went there for a decongestant facial, to help my acne, and the woman there hacked at my face and made it even worse. She didn't know how to take my make up off first properly and didn't understand my complaints as she spoke little English. The place is also absolutely filthy, with dust and moth balls gathering in the corner. I also saw lots of hair and old wax strips coveredin hair laying around in corners. Very very poor. I should have walked out as soon as I got there but was too embarrassed to do so. An unbelievably awful experience for £35 - £50. By the way, I have never written a review online before as it is not something that I would usually do. Therefore, please take what I have written seriously and do not ever venture to ImmaQulate.
