I have been undergoing electrolysis with Ewa for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s a long and delicate process that requires precision and skills to avoid scarring, and throughout it all, Ewa has been exceptionally professional, attentive, and meticulous. Beyond her expertise, she is also a kind and genuinely lovely person, making each session comfortable and reassuring. The results have been fantastic, and I highly recommend Ewa and her clinic to anyone seeking high-quality skin treatments.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at In-Derm Skin Clinic in Chiswick. This is now the second time my appointment has been cancelled at the last minute due to their doctor’s availability. While they did apologise, I find it unacceptable that they would claim to be “struggling to get an appointment” only to reschedule me for the following day. This inconsistency and lack of reliability are very frustrating, especially when dealing with medical or skincare concerns that often require planning and trust in the clinic’s professionalism. An apology simply isn’t enough when time and trust are repeatedly disregarded. I had expected a much higher standard of service, and this experience has left me questioning their organisational capabilities. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience!
