Visited about a month ago, and for the most part I was very happy with my experience. Every single employee I met was very kind. I had a massage for the first time with Melissa and it was excellent. I would highly recommend her, I was a bit nervous at first, but she was very respectful. I will definitely be back for another massage in the future! I also had Lumecca IPL with Naomi, who was very helpful and sweet. My main concern was blue veins on my face, Naomi informed me that the Lumecca is more for red or brown veins/spots and might not work on my blue veins. I really appreciated her honesty about it, and she said it would help a lot with my rosacea even with just one session, so I ended up going with an entire face treatment instead of just the smaller area I'd originally intended. I will say that the treatment was not very painful for me, so that was a plus. Unfortunately it just didn't really do anything I had hoped at all, which was super disappointing. The only difference for me was that it did get rid of 2 moles on my face, but it did not remove the moles that bothered me the most. There was also no difference in veins, but I knew that was possible so it's fine. But the main disappointment is that it didn't really help with my rosacea, which was the main reason I went with the entire face. So I can't say I would recommend the Lumecca IPL, as it didn't really do much for me. For a $175 treatment I expected more. But overall I would recommend Indiglo. The staff are all very nice and professional, and made me feel welcome.
