Excellent service! highly experienced staff (Lux was so friendly). Extremely well explained and I felt very safe. Awesome choice of piercings- I got hit on three times walking home.

Friendly piercer (unfortunately I don’t know their name), who made me feel completely comfortable whilst in the store. I needed two earrings downsized (conch and helix). I was informed about my piercings and offered recommendations. I had my conch earring changed, and then my helix fitted with an earring which I’d brought with me. Couldn’t recommend this store enough for piercing services, everything was clean and the staff were lovely. (I was a walk-in appointment)

Can’t recommend this place enough. I’m very particular about where I go to for tattoos/piercings and even haircuts so I only usually go to places recommended by friends. I was recommended Lauren specifically who was doing a great 3 for 2 deal. Although I couldn’t get my piercings done with her, she was very accommodating and friendly and was happy to offer me the deal with another piercer. In the end, I was pierced by Lux, who was super easygoing. I haven't had a piercing since childhood so they were super helpful with aftercare instructions, piercing placements and general advice (and we also had a great chat!). It’s been around 3 weeks since I’ve got them and I’m super happy with the result! No infections & no problems! Will defo be back :)
