Integrated Body Therapy

After experiencing chronic digestive issues for over 2 years and not getting much help from the NHS, I decided to give nutrition a go and booked an appointment with Iwona. Her consultation and process were incredibly thorough and allowed me to reflect and start understanding my eating habits, patterns and symptoms. Her explanations were clear and accessible, and she was always available to answer questions. She recommended a few simple things that I could put into action almost immediately, sent me a complete report and communicated with my GP so that I could get the relevant tests done. She prescribed various supplements & enzymes explaining why and how they would help. Progress was really quick to appear, and after only a couple of weeks following her advice, my symptoms have 95% disappeared! Which is truly wonderful given how chronic my issues were. There is more to be done in the long term, but I know I am in the best of hands. I cannot recommend Iwona enough. Outstanding empowering experience.

Iwona is such an incredible human being & professional! She have saved me from so many moments of pain and I can't thank her enough. She is definitely the best massage therapist that I have encounter during my 20+ years of climbing (and I have done A LOT of sport massages during these years). I am just so glad I found her!!! I had the best massage I have ever had with Iwona. She has such a deep knowledge about the body and an incredible energy. It is difficult to find a massage therapist who really understands just what your body needs and Iwona was able to do just that. I felt safe and I don't think I can have a massage with anyone else now!
