  I booked in 12 days ago with this salon to have a strand test done and a patch test, for a full head bleach and colour. A few days later they contacted me and told me my strand test went very well and my hair lifted beautifully. They then told me they were waiting for their wella rep, who is coming in on the friday to have a look at the colours that they could use on my hair. I wanted emerald green hair. I waited untill today then contacted them as I hadn't heard from them, they said they were completing the strand test for the emerald green today.. and they would ring back with the results. And they did, and it came up a really nice emerald green. We agreed it was a good test, and that we would get me booked in, I was booked in for this thursday at 10am. At this point everything was going well everyone had been wonderful and polite and kind. I then asked if I could have a price for the treatment and the tubes of colour. The lady said she would price up for me then ring me back. Everything going very well, all booked in and exited for my new hair transformation. I then get a phone call back, telling me I'm very sorry i have spoken to my boss and we cannot help you. I ask why, they then said they are not happy with me being a new client, and are not happy with doing a full head bleach and colour... and are not happy to take responsibility if anything goes wrong.. which I can slightly understand. BUT I explained at my first strand test appointment what I wanted, that is why they did the strand test..I have spent 12 days waiting and finally ready to have it done to only be turned away and all my time wasted. I could have found a salon who would have done this treatment in that time.. now for my sisters 30th birthday this weekend, which I wanted my hair to be ready for it won't be. And I dont have time to find another salon. I cannot explain how unbelivably disappointed I am at this salon for completely wasting almost 2 weeks of my time!
