Had a cut and blow dry was very pleased, the lady who cut my hair (I think her name was Pauline and the owner?) was very knowledgeable, experienced and gave me some great advice. Will certainly be going back and would highly recommend.

Not Impressed. Made 1 visit, staff were complaining about cold water temperature and were unfriendly, I wasn't offered a drink, I wasn't given anyone's names. I went for a straight cut of my long hair and the lady who cut my hair cut an extra couple of inches off the underside of my hair, when queried she said it was broken, but I was not asked prior to this if I was happy for this section to be cut so drastically (it is noticeable from the finished cut), when I got home I noticed the cut was uneven and over an inch longer on one side. Upon returning there was no sincere apology, she just left me standing up with dry hair and cut it in one go, no sections, just cut dry and straight. Without a doubt, I will NOT be going back here, nor would I recommend it to anyone!
