About James Roberts
I have had nothing but disgusting, lack of service from James Roberts. I purchased a vouchers & when I telephoned James Roberts Hairdressing to book the appointment, I had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment. I then had a call from James Roberts to say that there are no hairdressers available & that I would have to wait a further week, in total 7 weeks for an appointment which is absolutely shocking. I feel the way James Roberts hairdressing conduct their business is unjust, they priorotise their appointments, allowing full paying customers priority as I asked a friend to call up & they was booked in straight away. I work 9 - 5pm and James Roberts was being very awkward with the appointment times. When I called up to see if they could bring the appointment forward they said only one person can deal with living social appointments, a lady called Ann Marie and that she was on holiday and that I had to call back the following week!WOULD NEVER GO BACK EVEN IF ITS FREE
