Myself and a friend bought a groupon for individual eyelash extensions and an eyebrow tint and wax. Upon arrival was not impressed with the level of customer service, in all honestly the woman in salon was utterly rude! Eyelash extensions were not high quality or applied professionally as lashes fell out the very night they were applied! In the end we were both unable to have the eyebrow wax and tint as the woman said she didn't have the time and that she had another client booked in! The most unprofessional salon I've been to!

Awful!!! Bought a voucher. Had my first ever bikini wax and had a reaction to the wax. Complaint not dealt with. Went back again. (Glutton for punishment) and had a mole waxed off and the "therapist" tried to cover it up. I only realised when i saw the blood all over my pants. I've since been informed by a professional that it could have and still could cause me problems and pose a risk in the future. Waxing over on 5mins but painful afterwards until well into the next day. Having been elsewhere i realise that it's not normal and should take longer than 5 mins. Bruising. Excess wax left of skin. Poor finish i.e lots of "stray hairs" and wonky landing strips. Inconsistency with therapistS. One plucks after waxing one can't wait to get u out and next one in and obviously doesn't believe in tweezers. Pressure selling tactics and family members trying to get me to spend money unaware that i was aware of their identity. Need I go on?!
