Pleasant looking salon, clean and tidy etc. I had my hair done first, which was fine, but I felt a bit offput by the fact they charged me and extra £1.50 for conditioner (which was only pointed out to my while I was being shampooed). The treatments were what I have found fault with. Katherine, the girl who did the wax, did my underarms first (a few missed hairs but nothing to write home about), and then she did my hollywood wax. This was poor - there were so many missed hairs and she did very little to remove any hair 'underneath' let alone around the bum. I have had much better waxes, and felt that for £25.00 I should have left impressed with the treatment I had received.
