I visited your store in Bromley today and was informed by Lara that my minutes had expired . I wasn’t told this when I took out the sunbed course a year ago that I had a year to use it so you can imagine I was shocked to hear this . I came to you because I believe that your sunbeds are the safest I have used So I had to to buy a new course because I’m going on holiday soon May I advice you that you take an email address in future so you can let you’re clients know when it’s about to expire so they have time to come in or renew . I think it’s unprofessional of a company not to make it clear of their ts & cs . I’m a salon manager and we make it clear That when one of our clients purchases a course we let them know it has a expiry date of a year from the date of purchase I think your staff should inform because it’s saves the embarrassment on either side . I must say that Lara was extremely professional and that is why I took out a new sunbed course . I would appreciate if this could be looked into because I lost a considerable amount of minutes because of miscommunication I look forward to hearing from you Your sincerely Mr Simon Karl Barker

Little top up before holiday. 1st (and as it turned out the 2nd) time I've used a sunbed and the staff were really really nice. Explained how it all worked and made sure I both sessions were just the right amount of time. Thanks for all the help :)

Very friendly staff, always welcoming and smiling! The tubes are good as well. What I love is I can leave my sun cream inside so I don’t have to carry it with me. Special shout to Diana, lovely girl!
