Kosit

Unusually this Award winning Afro hair salon is owned by a Thai couple, who both appear to be very competent. I have never had the pleasure of either of them doing my hair though.I started going to Kosit when my stylist from my usual salon left to go there. The salon is based in the heart of Peckham, but has West End prices. For a Relaxer with treatment, trim and style you're looking at paying around £100, which I personally think is very steep considering the area and the fact my hair never looks any better than if I did it myself.Unfortunatey finding a good Afro salon is difficult and I have had so many terrible experiences at the hands of inexperienced "stylists" at Afro salons, so I guess I keep going to Kosit because I can't find anywhere better, which I dearly would love to.All in all the Service is ok, staff always seem a bit miserable and never make conversation with you. I've been known to sit there for an hour and the Stylist hasn't uttered a single word to me.
