LA fitness - Northwood (Dragons)

After closing down for a couple of weeks, LA Fitness Northwood is back, and what a makeover! Gone are the dingy carpets and old lockers, gone the tiny sauna and steam room. A brand new spa area near the pool has been opened, and it's a whole different after-workout relaxation half an hour. Unless you happen to pop in the jacuzzi when there's a children swimming lesson a inch away from you, like I did. Easily avoidable by looking at the timetables: highly recommended practice!I highly suggest anybody looking for yoga lessons in the area to enquire about which instructor is teaching and when. The two instructors I came across have two very different styles, and are catering to already formed classes of ladies (and the odd gent). I had some trouble adjucting to the morning yoga routine after months spent in the evening class. Definetly thumbs up to the management for finally equipping the gym with a stretching area, a separate free-weight room and a spinning room. No more sweat drops near my yoga mat!
