Tried this gym out on a 5-day free pass and wasn't very impressed. It's a big gym with very loud music, was given a quick debriefing but not nearly enough detail for someone that hasnt been to the gym much before. Was left to my own devices trying to work out how to use the equipment and after about half an hr on a couple of machines, gave up. Was intending to revisit the next day but woke up with a trapped nerve in my shoulder that lasted all week so never got to use the rest of the free pass. All they were intersted in was subscribtion to full membership, which obviosuly i refused because i wasnt even inclined to use the free one!
