I have been attending the Gym at the Lammas Leisure Centre as part of the weight management and doctors referral scheme. I can honestly say that at my age (57) I didn't think I would enjoy it, How wrong I was, All the people there help each other, this includes staff and members of the public.After my mandatory 12 weeks I will be joining the Lammas Leisure Centre full time. My only complaint is on the weight management scheme I'm only allowed to attend the gym twice a week.
