Used my groupon voucher for ane eyebrow shape and semi permanant eyelashes which cost me £20.The therapist didnt take off my mascara, and managed to glue my eyes closed at least three times. She cut them with scissors as they were too long and i wanted thickness and not length. after she had cut them they were not even level. she used all the same length individual lashes and only placed them in the middle of my eye and not towards the outter of my eye. I rang to speak to the manager who wasnt available so left message for her to call me back. I am still waiting for that call a week later! I have wrote to the manager also with my complaint as i had to pay £20 for the removal of the ridiculous lashes by a local beauty salon. I still havent heard anything back.........do not go to this salon....i wouldnt waste my money even if it was only £20
