About Le Petit Spa at Malmaison Birmingham
I treated a group of 5 friends (plus myself) to this spa in celebration of an anniversay. We each had a wonderfully relaxing time however 'booking in' beforehand was a bit of a nightmare! I can only imagine that their computerised client-record system was either too complicated for its' own good or the staff were not fully trained in it - bless 'em! Other than that I feel we received good value for money even tho we felt a bit rushed
