About Legally Fit Personal Training
I recently contacted head trainer Rohit at Legally Fit Personal Training and booked in for a session. I consider myself someone how is reasonably fit. My aim is to tone up generally and increase my cardio. Rohit tok me throught a series of excercises that relly hit the mark. The session flew by and it was great fun. If mundane gym excersises are you thing look elseware but if you want really exciting work out check him out. I have now had seven sessions with him and I cannot recommend him enough.
