Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty I've been a loyal customer at this barber for years, dating back to when he was located elsewhere before his move to Bethnal Green. My long-standing relationship with this barber has always been rooted in trust, but recent visits have left me feeling disappointed. One major issue that has become increasingly noticeable is the cleanliness of the towels used during services. Each time I visit, I can't help but notice that the towels have a persistent damp smell. This not only affects the overall experience but also raises concerns about hygiene, which is crucial in any grooming service. Additionally, the quality of the products being used has noticeably declined. During hair washes, I've observed that the barber is opting for cheaper products, which do not deliver the same level of care and effectiveness as before. It's disheartening to see such a decline in the quality of service, especially after years of loyalty. I truly hope that my experiences are just a temporary hiccup, and that the barber returns to the high standards that initially drew me in. I would love to see an improvement in both cleanliness and product quality, as I genuinely appreciate the skills of this barber. However, until I notice these changes, I may need to consider exploring other options for my grooming needs.

Came in for mid fade it was fast and detailed everyone was friendly also forgot my wallet and he said it’s ok I trust you Top Man !!!

Edit: I never said you speak savagely, I said your customer approaching tactic is aggressive which you need to work on. You are a kind person and you treat customers kindly. It's how you approach potential customers walking by which can be off putting. I feel bad that people don't have money and make excuses but I have always paid whatever the amount and have been satisfied. If I was dissatisfied, I would have given a bad review. I'm happy with the service and if you look at the first sentence, I said that you and your team friendly. Since I was so satisfied with the service, I thought I should just tell you the only issue I encountered. Everything else is fine and you are doing good. It's a nice place to get a haircut. The owner and the barbers are quite friendly. When you get a haircut, everything is fine but please try to understand not everyone who has long hair doesn't necessarily want a haircut or specifically on that day or they just don't feel like it. The reason is I'm not giving five stars is because their tactics are a bit aggressive. If someone is looking at the prices, don't press them to go inside, just let them look or if someone is walking or just passing by, don't press them to come inside if you feel like they need a haircut. The other day I was passing by with my friend and the barber kept pointing and shouting from the other side of the street. I just found it a little aggressive. If I want to get a haircut, I will. If I don't want to regardless of my the length of my hair, I won't. Everything is fine. It's just the tactics they do to bring in customers is aggressive. This has happened to me and my friends multiple times. If it happens next time, I'll take my business elsewhere. Please work on this. I understand it's a small business and they are trying to make a living and do understand the service inside is quite friendly, it's just the tactic of bringing customers that they really need to work on. I have no other complaints apart from this.
