About Lily Nails
I had Gels and extensions on my nails. I've had acrylics before, but hadnt had them for a while. I keep my nails nice and have healthy cuticals etc... The lady didnt make much conversation, cut my cutical with the file (which was like a dentists drill!) She was really heavy handed pulling hands about.As i was sat with my hands under a dryer, a lady came in to complain that her nails were lifting and were not very good, the member of staff came over to me and asked me to rate the ladies nails! i found this very rude and said i didnt want to be involved.After the nails have been on 2 days, one of them there is a gap between my nail and the extension, which has filled with moisturiser, and they look as though they have been on for weeks as you can see the white of my own nail below the white which has been painted on. There is also bits of fluff in the nails that you can clearly see!! Actually in the gel!!! Really bad service and Really bad quality!!!
