Very friendly, immaculately clean and tranquil treatment room. Claire explained everything she was going to do and how it would feel during the treatment and look afterwards. I was asked what look I was going for with my brows and the after effect is amazing! I am an HD brow and eyelash convert ! The shellac nails after 3 weeks are still chip free and shiny and the lava shell massage was very relaxing. An amazing experience ! All in all, a fabulous range of treatments and Claire obviously loves what she does
