Ciera did an absolutely phenomenal job with my hair- which is very long, thick and difficult. I left feeling like an absolute Queen. It was a very enjoyable experience and I’ll be back!!!!

I wanted to get a partial highlight before a wedding coming up, I knew it might not be possible from previous damage but I booked a consultation and they said it wouldn’t be an issue to color. There were definitely steps taken while my hair was getting dyed to lessen damage but it wasn’t effective. I left with super brassy hair and so much breakage at the top of my head. The “highlights” also weren’t even close to my root so it didn’t even look freshly done. My service was 300$ with tip. I went back in to try to tone down the brassiness but it didn’t do much. I got half a refund and was told I would be sent options for hair growth stuff and different products that could help and never received a message back about it. My hair is going to take years to grow back where it has been fried off. Super sad and disappointing I just wish I was told my hair wasn’t fit for the service. The wedding was the weekend of the week I got it done, I added a picture from wedding and a closer look at breakage.

The salon is beautiful, but unfortunately I’m still growing out the worst cut I’ve ever had. It was so bad I cried. Wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. I have layered straight hair with bangs—came in with a beautiful cut that needed trimming and left with choppy, uneven, bowl cut bangs. They were cut far too wide and my hair was destroyed. I was very upset. The owner did issue a refund, but I feel like others should be wary because it’s months later and my hair is still not back to normal.
