I was so stressed and thought I needed at least one month to recuperate and feel better. For some reason I could not go away from UK but I needed to be treated. I found Lotus Ayurveda Spa and after only 5 days with the team I felt alive again.You have your treatment with an excellent introduction to the ayurvedic discipline. Plus there is a great Indian food chef ;D.
