I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a new salon to go to when i came across this one. I was immediately struck by how professional it looked. Also the prices are very low so i thought i would just double check that thats what they were!They have paid attention to detail which in my experience goes a long way.You get a lovely warm welcome and a feeling of relaxation as you enter the salon and you feel as though you are being well looked after even though they were very busy when i went in i still felt like they were making sure that i got exactly what i wanted, right down to how i liked my cup of tea!im very pleased with everything that i had done with this salon and am glad that i chose this for my first salon to try, i wont be going anywhere else now!I will definately be recommending this salon to everyone.

THIS SALON HAS BEEN IGNORING MY COMPLAINT FOR 2MONTHS DESPITE SEVRAL EMAILS AND LETTERS. I BOOKED FOR WEDDING HAIR AND MAKEUP AND THEIR "ARTIST" COMPLETELY RUINED MY DAY. MY HAIR FELL DOWN, THE MAKEUP WAS APPLIED 2 INCHES THICK SO THAT I HAD TO REMOVE AND REAPPLY MYSELF, AND I CAUGHT HER USING MY MAKEUP ON HERSELF WHEN I CAME BACK FROM THE TOILET! THEY CHARGED £350 FOR THE PRIVILEGE AND NOW WONT ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAINT - BEWARE!!!
