The Lucinda Ellery service heavily relies on its renown for expertise or products and services and reputation.On visitation for a consultation the receptionists are not in effort of being particularly inviting or friendly. On my assumption their general attitudes will be based on their initial perception of the person visiting.They seem to expect them to be of a certain clientele (visually) and seem perturbed if they do not 'appear' of a 'well off', or certain hair typed category.When they give you details of the services they offer, they do seem well informed and will make every effort to detail their sales pitch.They also obliviously or not intricately examine every inch and aspect of the client including glancing whislt inspecting the shoes you are wearing, if you are manicured, what you are clothed in,your demeanor and refer to previous of clients being nice - and that they were 'doctors' etc etc.The only thing they just about restrain themselves from asking is your salary and occupation and if you have really assessed who they are, who they are looking for and if you can really afford to be there?If you in no way give any indications about your financial status they almost seem worried about this or do not take you seriously.Then, the effort to show you around , as a perspective client would be really be enthusiastic if they are excited in the potential provision of a service to you.If they do not perceive this, the effort to show you around and perhaps introduce some of the staff is likely to begin and end at the steps on entry to the salon.It may just be my opinion, and I can only speak for the staff that I met there. I am sure I may be wrong, or perhaps bias, but this is my opinion and experience.The extensions of the consultant that I saw looked very basic (and I have seen similar before). £900 starting is expensive and you can get the same cheaper from else where.
