Mahogany London

This was my second visit to Mahogany, my first having been excellent. However the stylist I had previously had left the salon and I was recommended an alternative and having had such a good first visit I had absolutely no reason to doubt that it would be anything other than excellent. How wrong I was! I have disconnected layers at the sides, a strange page boy shape at the back and an overall pudding basin effect! The cut has been done carelessly (I am a makeup artist so I have some hair training too) and the cut is not at all even. It has to be one of my all time worst hair cuts. When I called to tell them I was very unhappy the manager sounded not only quite patronising but also quite disinterested. He said he would look at it and correct it but Ihave to say I have decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere as I have no confidence in him having spent about 15 mins on the phone. Beware!
