Caz created an absolutely incredibly calming atmosphere in the sound bath I attended. As someone with adhd and autism my mind is constantly spinning; and for a while during this sound bath experience, my mind went completely elsewhere. When I eventually slept after a powerful emotional release last night, I slept like a rock. My cats didn’t even try to wake me up for breakfast. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you so much Caz.

Most wonderful massage with Caz. She came to the house with fabulous massage table including heated mats. An hour and a half of one of the best massages I've had - at the right pressure for me & concentrating on key areas id highlighted. Professional & warm manner. Would highly recommend.
